Pretty awesome
Closest thing you can find to a thin Italian pizza in America - Napoleon style! Aperol spritz's bring the whole experience together
Waiters are pretty good
There's a nice warmth to the place. The ambience is inviting but the setup is a bit abrupt, the hostess stand is quite immediate when you enter.
Definitely a place frequented by locals
Date night would be lovely here, grab a glass of wine and treat yourself to the best crust in SLO County! -

Came here for meter Monday, awesome pastime to do with friends. What I don't like is that it's 35 for half a meter, however, almost every type of pizza has an additional charge.
We had the churros for dessert and they were delicious. It comes with a lot (could probably share among four people) and was topped with melted Nutella! -

Pizza. Yummy yummy pizza.
This isn't Dominos's Pizza. This is authentic wood fired Napoletana Pizza. This was a beautiful marriage of dough, sauce and toppings.
If you're really really hungry, or come with a group of people. Then come for Meter Monday. You can feast on a Meter long pizza than can feed up to 8 people. This is a seriously long pizza folks. I saw a small group of Cal Poly students devour a meter pizza. impressive!
They have more than pizza on their menu, but that's what we came for and it didn't disappoint. We were seated by the window to the wood fired pizza kitchen and it was entertaining to watch their talented pizza creators work their magic.
Flour house is the perfect spot for a date night, a family dinner or a get together with a group of friends. -

Wow! A great Italian restaurant. Every aspect of our meal was just great. Let me start at the beginning. The table bread was amazing. So doughy and fresh and hot, straight out of the wood fire oven. We couldn't get enough, however it is a 5 dollar charge. Worth it tho. We ordered the bombolotti pasta and the burrata pizza. Both phenomenal. The pizza dough was so fresh and thick. The pasta sauce was wonderful tasting with ground lamb. I highly recommend. Our server was also extremely friendly and nice which made the experience even better. Then came the dessert. We ordered the deconstructed tiramisu which was so cute, with a chocolate flower pot filled with cake. We also ordered the lingue alla Nutella which was also amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic and tasty Italian meal! Expect to pay around $18-$30 per person depending on appetizers/desserts/drinks/etc.

I'm reluctant to have any more diners to compete with but this place rocks. Among the best pizza I've ever had - and I used to live in Brooklyn and also frequented SF Northbeach.
Pasta and salads are also first rate. The food seems to be made with love!
